The main thing I'm mapping out for Waves, is a Lens protocol integration, previously I built separate versions of waves on both DeSo and Lens Protocols. My bet was communities on both protocols would grow enough to justify this... but were here now and I think its my job to build a platform that allows creators the most potential growth/monetization. From Waves you can multi-stream to Youtube, Kick, Twitch, Etc and I think the same philosophy applies for being multi-protocol is it can allow creators a larger potential audience and monetization ceiling.
Im very unhappy with how @nader has played things with focus and driving growth here. I think all developers/creators were waiting for some momentum driven by core team because they had the team/funding to scale and rebuild trust not just related to DeSo specifically but the larger Crypto space couldve become more legitimate as a whole if Focus reached BlueSky like success. @nader made very big claims about DAU and I think even then I was doubtful but Ive always been happy to be wrong. Regardless my focus has always been Waves so im happy to continue building even in the current state of DeSo
